Reachout Service

Reachout is a free, confidential and flexible outreach service for anybody affected by drug use within the borough of Solihull. This can be substance misusers, families, friends and carers of substance misusers.

We can offer immediate interventions such as harm reduction advice, motivational interviewing, practical support, and sign-posting other services, as well as making referrals for substitute prescribing, Counselling and Blood Borne Virus Clinic etc.

We are currently working with several organisations within Solihull to provide these services for their clients, and can provide home visits to those people who require them.

We work in a friendly, flexible and non-judgmental manner with an emphasis on the clients engaging with us of their own accord. This could be from as little as answering an enquiry to having a chat about the work that we do and services that we offer, or even triaging (assessing) the client for prescribing treatment etc. The choice is yours.
